Hello All,

      After reading the "IPchains HOWTO", a chapter on using ipchains in
"Linux Unleashed 4th Ed.", the network mailing list archive, and the man
page, I came up with the attatched little script that specifies my ipchain
policies/rules. It's not an advanced script for sure, just something simple.

Here's what happens:
When I simply use the generic,

ipchains -P input ACCEPT
ipchains -P output ACCEPT
ipchains -P forward DENY
ipchains -A forward -i eth0 -j MASQ

It works. But with my script, it doesn't. I guess I have a syntax error?
Can anyone help?
