 You don't need to *convert* anything. Just about any decent software will
be able to burn a CD from an ISO image (this goes for MacOS as well as
Windoze). The only thing that is wonky with the MacOS is if you mount it
first and then burn it (once it is mounted, the MacOS treats it like a
regular MacOS volume). So the simple solution is not to mount it in the
MacOS.

 For anyone using Toast under MacOS, to burn the iso image, select 'Disc
Image' under the Format pull-down menu. Then select or drag and drop the
(unmounted) iso image file. Burn until lightly brown... serve cold.
