using scp with NiftyTelnet

I'm using NiftyTelent 1.1 SSH r3 to connect to my YDL box. The scp
option doesn't seem to work though. When I try to transfer a file (to
or from) I can't get passed the login stage. The transfer progress
bar disappears right away and nothing gets transferred.

Have I forgotten something? SSH itself is working fine.
