If you mean ctl-alt-delete (the longer of the "del" and "delete" keys), you
can edit XF86Config and uncomment the "DontZap" line in the "ServerFlags"
section.

The previous message regarding inittab refers to ctl-alt-del (where del is
the short key typically grouped with insert, home, etc.).
