libbfd is part of binutils, so I would not downgrade it.

memprof doesn't seem to be part of CS 1.2, so I suspect you installed it
yourself? Apparently it was built depending on an older binutils, and most
likely was installed --nodeps... which doesn't work if you want to use yup.

For the moment it looks like you can use 'yup --ignore-deps update' though.
