I know of no AppleScript software for Linux. If FileMaker supports any
standard (plaintext over TCP/IP?) communications it might be possible to rig
up something, but I really have no idea. I suspect it's pretty impractical
at least. But don't let me stop you - try searching the net.

You might want to look into one of the more Linux-standard databases like
MySQL or postgresql, but that's not my bag.
