When using my Contour Unimouse and switching between MacOS 8.5 and
Linux, frequently, when booting into MacOs after using my Old Kernel
2.2.15-2.9.0 from the Yellow Dog Linux CD the mouse would appear to be
inoperable in MacOS and the mouse cursor frozen until it was unplugged
and plugged back in. This happened less frequently after installing
2.2.17-0.6.1.

Recently I installed a New Kernel:

Linux version 2.2.17-0.6.1 (root@narn.drgw.net) (gcc version 2.95.2
19991024 (release/franzo)) #1 Thu Jun 29 15:15:56 CDT 2000

Now this behavior is showing up in Linux.

Has anyone seen this before? Who is working on usb code?
