Not true. If the sys admin is coming from a more traditional unix, he
may not even be aware.

Microsoft sets up with security loose, requiring the admin to buckle
it down. Microsoft boxes are notorious for being cracked.

I say its better to start with security tight and let a knowledgeable
sysadmin loosen it up if need be.
