The usb patch I use can be grabbed from

http://www.suse.cz/development/usb-backport/

It's not ppc exclusive- but works really well.
You will want the 2.2.17pre16 patch as well- since it has Rage 128 support.
I assume you have a rage 128...

I don't know the good places for ppc specific source since I never use it.
