Hi all,

When I try to mount an NFS mount hosted on a Yellowdog system on a
Solaris v2.6 client, I get the following error:

nfs mount: xx.xx.xx.xx:/mnt/cdrom: access denied

On the YDL machine, this is logged:

Aug 30 16:00:17 jessica mountd[1935]: authenticated mount request from
xx.xx.xx.xx:1022 for /mnt/cdrom (/mnt/cdrom)
Aug 30 16:00:17 jessica mountd[1935]: getfh failed: Function not
implemented

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Any ideas what this means?

The exports file looks like this:

/mnt/cdrom (ro,insecure,all_squash)

Regards,
Graham
