Install Yellowdog on a Powerbook 2000 I just joined this list today and this is my first post. I'm a Mac user that is diving into linux (yellowdog) and am experiencing problems with installation that I really need help with. Here is what I have done so far...according to the ydl docs. I'm installing on a Powerbook G3 2000 (Pismo) that I got a couple of weeks ago. I refomatted the harddrive in 2 partiions (1 with HFS+ that will hold the mac system) and the other that is HFS for Linux. I then proceeded to boot up from the Linux install cd and a bunch of text pops up and I get to the first screen "Welcom to Yellow Dog Linux" and that is where it stops. I should be able to hit the "return" key to continue but CAN'T...don't know why. "hda: lost interruption" is a message that appears in the text as linux is arising, but I don't know what that means...it continues in this format hda1hda2 hda3hada4 all with the lost interruption note.
