For now we can find 512Mo Ram modules, 128Mo is suffisient since I used
Linux on it.
I turned off the virtual memory and no change :/

Yep. I installed Os X on a G4 667 (10.0.1 and update to 10.0.0.4) and the
speed is good, not faster than Os 9 but good.

After the packages installation was complete, we can choose the sceen
depth (I choose 24bits), the screen resolution (1024x768) and the monitor
type (Apple PowerBook G3 Series).

However into the XF86Config-4 file the driver specified is fbdev. I can't
run Xautoconfig4.
I'm gonna reinstall LinuxPPC who is more flexible and more faster :)

Thanks Ian for your help,
