Subject: mail setup howto??? [was: Re: Request: header]

Would anyone be able to point me to step-by-step documentation
on how to set up a text-based email client (e.g. pine) with fetchmail,
procmail, .forward, &c? I really, really want to ditch netscape for
reading my email.
