Hi - The apache RPM file distributed with YDL 2.0 is missing apachectl. If
you want to dig it out, apachectl is contained in the corresponding source
RPM. I can also send it to you off-list if you would like. For a quick,
temporary fix, you can use the system init script. For example

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start
