a toggle? why is this a server issue? pftp is here to stay. why tell the
daemon about it's switches; should be a client issue. wanna connect?
this is the protocol my friend.
we've known about firewalls for some time. passive should be allowed by
default. if it can't accept pftp connections then move on..
loyal to proftpd?
