SendMail Question

I know there is a way to do this, but I cannot figure out what it is.

I'd like to have sendmail only be allowed to send mail to an address which
resolves to a particular IP address. If the mail is supposed to be sent
elsewhere, I'd like it to be dumped.

The IP I want to send it to is our mail server (on another machine) and the
only thing we want to run sendmail on our yellow dog machine (our webserver)
is to handle forms. All the forms will be setup to send to an address on our
mail server.
