After enabling tftpd in xinetd.conf and restarting xinetd, I encounted
an error when
I attempted to get a file: Error code 2: Access violation.

I found that by recompiling in.tftpd from the YDL 2.1
tftp-0.17-5.src.rpm and installing
that binary, things started working.
