 Hi folks. I'm brand new to linux and mailing lists
as well, so please be patient with me.

 After much hand wringing and head banging I finally
got YDL 2.0 to run on my old clunker 7300/200 PPC.

 My question is: How do I download and install
programs off the web (Tucows/Linux for example)? Will
these programs even run on a Mac? If not, is there an
alternate site that has packages for a Mac?
