Mac/ISO 9660 Hybrid
Do not mount the ISO in MacOS; Open Toast and drag (or select via
whatever button appears) the ISO image.
If you do/have mounted the image, use the original ISO file if you
haven't deleted it. Mounting alters the checksum and it won't work.
