I've got a beige G3 running kernel 2.2.18-8a. It's got an internal SCSI
drive with separate partitions for '/' and 'home'. Here's the table:
Partition map (with 512 byte blocks) on '/dev/hda'
#: type name length base ( size )
1: Apple_partition_map Apple 63 @ 1
2: Apple_Driver_ATA*Macintosh 54 @ 64
3: Apple_Driver_ATA*Macintosh 74 @ 118
4: Apple_Patches Patch Partition 512 @ 192
5: Apple_UNIX_SVR2 /main 4218581 @ 704 ( 2.0G)
6: Apple_Free Extra 8437163 @ 4219285 ( 4.0G)
Device block size=512, Number of Blocks=12656447 (6.0G)
DeviceType=0x0, DeviceId=0x0
Drivers-
1: @ 64 for 20, type=0x701
2: @ 118 for 33, type=0xf8ff
when trying to mount I get the following error:
[root@ftp /opt]# mount -t ext2 /dev/hda5 /main
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/hda5,
or too many mounted file systems
Any guesses?
