This is what 'cat /proc/cpuinfo' provides on my Synergy
Microsystems VSS4. This is not a Mac but it does use the
G4 processors.
processor : 0
cpu : 7400 (G4)
revision : 2.7
bogomips : 732.36
processor : 1
cpu : 7400 (G4)
revision : 2.7
bogomips : 732.36
processor : 2
cpu : 7400 (G4)
revision : 2.7
bogomips : 732.36
processor : 3
cpu : 7400 (G4)
revision : 2.7
bogomips : 732.36
total bogomips : 2929.46
zero pages : total 0 (0Kb) current: 0 (0Kb) hits: 0/182 (0%)
machine : Gemini VSS4, rev C, eco 3
vendor : Motorola
memory type : SDRAM, 15nS, CL=2
clock : 366MHz
For reference, 'cat /proc/version' produces
Linux version 2.2.18-1 (root@cvsm.vp.mrsl.com) (gcc version 2.95.2
19991024 (release/franzo)) #1 SMP Tue Nov 21 16:09:28 EST 2000
If it makes any difference, the VSS4 is a Gemini board
(CONFIG_GEMINI=y).
