You could try `rm -rf /var/cache/yup` and try doing it again. It seems
like something is still hanging around causing you problems... I just
downloaded .yup.db.init and .yup.db.diff from the sourceforge mirror and
they seem fine, so it should work if you `rm -rf /var/cache/yup` and run
yup again.
