To make a french keyboard working i have to patch linux:
rpm -Uvh kbd-mac-fr-2.2-1.noarch.rpm
which install the keyboard map at the right place
for terminal
/usr/lib/kbd/keymaps/mac/mac-fr.kmap.gz
/usr/lib/kbd/keymaps/usb/macusb-fr.kmap.gz
for X-Window :
/usr/lib/X11/xkb/keycodes/macintosh-adb-fr
/usr/lib/X11/xkb/keycodes/macintosh-usb-fr
/usr/lib/X11/xkb/symbols/macintosh/fr
Then i have to run the Perl script /usr/bin/configure_clavierfr.pl
Then i have to manualy modify /etc/X11/XF86Config :
XkbKeycodes "macintosh-usb-fr"
XkbSymbols "macintosh/fr(extended)"
Then restart X server.

So if you can include this or something like that in YDL 2
it would be appreciated by all the french user of YDL .......
