First, look in /etc/rc.d/init.d which is the home for most of the startup
scripts. You'll probably find atalk and httpd in there. Then you can use
either chkconfig (man chconfig) or ksysv to run them at boot. You want
them to be turned on in runlevel 3 (multi-user, text console) and runlevel
5 (multi-user, graphical interface).
