Does anyone know if there is a MSN Messenger clone for YDL?

I know, I know.... evil, etc. But my girlfriend needs to be able to
use MSN Messenger for her work. She has a Performa 6400/200 and she's
fed up with the snails speed of MacOS, so she want's to try Linux.

My 6400/200 works great w/ YDL 1.2.1. I am going to let her test
drive linux with my machine, but this is the one thing she absolutely
needs.
