Hi,
I am trying to connect an Apple 17' LDC to a Radeon Mac Edition
card (AGP) through a dviAtor adapter. I have downloaded and
installed the benh 2.4.18-pre8-ben0 kernel with radeon support.
When I try to boot using the video=radeon kenel option, however,
the display goes dark. The log messages don't seem to indicate a
problem:

Has anyone gotten this to work? Besides the updated kernel (which also
enabled sound
on my 733MHz G4--another issue), I am running with a standard Yellowdog
2.1 distribution with
yup updates.
