Shouldn't be. You did
make zImage
instead of
make
right? And you are using the arch/ppc/appleboot/Mach Kernel? The steps I
posted at
http://nubus.tuxppc.org/plain_page.php?caller=powermaclinux.php3+record=84
work for me cross-compiling just fine.
