I recently installed the exact same card in my 6400/200. i searched
the list archives and here is what i came up with:

http://lists.yellowdoglinux.com/yellowdog-general/november99/0234.html

I followed the directions to the letter and it worked. I am running
YDL 1.2.1, but this should work just as well for YDL 2./2.1.

The one thing he forgot to mention though was to compile the tulip
module separately as well as in the kernel.

lso, when in menuconfig, go to

--> Network Device support
--> Ethernet (10 or 100Mbit)

place an M next to

DECchip Tulip (dc21x4x) PCI support
