Barring a hardware problem such as a bad clock battery, it seems that your
hardware clock is not being set. If you have anything that automatically
updates the time, make sure you are also setting the hardware clock by
calling hwclock. Otherwise your time will be re-set to the hardware clock
time every time you reboot.
