Hmmm...I wasn't able to execute the file until I put it in /usr/bin
Turns out there were some install instructions, but they are inside
the archive, so that didn't help much.
From looking at the instructions, it appears that you can execute
from /usr, but you have to make the shell script executable and
change the permissions.
Anyway, it appears to be working now...
