Uhhhhh.. I do not belive there is an Oracle client or server for ppc.
this is required as one needs the oracle client libs to compile php
against in order to make it all work.

You may want to take a look at SRM, which would allow you to proxy the
Oracle stuff to a machine with the correct libraries and php build.
