Hey chih, actually after I wrote that last e-mail I remembered that I did
have something that was being messed up upon boot. However, the problem went
away somehow, so maybe it was something different or I am just really lucky
and stumbled on the solution without knowing it. :-) I'll send you my logs
directly so I don't spam everybody with em.

Maybe I need to replace SCSI card.
Could you show me your "dmesg" on F50?
