I'm new to this list so please be gentle . . .

I have a G4 and have just installed YDL on a second IDE drive. The
installation worked fine, but my installed kernal isn't working very well
with my USB keyboard and mouse. I'm using a mini-View KVM switch because I
share my KVM between my Mac and a windoze machine.

The kernal used for installation worked fine, but when I try to use the
installed kernal I receive several errors about the usb devices. In the
initial sequence, I do see the keyboard and mouse recognized but a little
later on the boot fails with "lost interupt" errors relating to hdc . . .

Also, there are several references to a "bootscipt" file which I cannot
find. I installed xBoot which seems to work fine in finding my kernal
located on my first IDE drive. Do I need to use the bootscript file?

Thanks
