Ben's page has moved to http://penguinppc.org. Ben's kernel changes have
all been merged into 2.2.18 final, and the only precompiled kernels on his
page are older than that.

Quite a few kernel trees are built regularly at
http://kernel.xorsis.com; you may find those more useful than 2.4.
