I've tried both cd:,\\yaboot and now cd:,\\:tbxi as mentioned in the
last email.
The problem seems to start when I try and boot into
OF..(command-option-O-F, right?)..My monitor never sync's..so I'm
left with a blank screen.
So, just out of curiosity I sat infront of the blank screen and typed
either of the above commands blindly and hit return..The first
command I tried was the tbxi one..It resulted in top quarter of the
screen white, with jarbled, scrambled what could be text..and the
remainder of the screen black.
The next time I tried cd:,\\yaboot....This resulted in the same
white/jarbled text, then a section of striped yellow/black, and then
the solid black at the bottom.
Is my OF somehow screwed up or something?? This is maddening, I tell
you! :) I've never had this much trouble with linux on a PC, let
alone a mac.. :)
