 This sounds like a termination (scsi) or master/slave (ide) problem.
Check your cabling for your HDs and verify that all jumpers are set
correctly (ie no SCSI ID/termination conflicts, and no IDE master/slave
conflicts). Other than that, try looking at your /etc/yaboot.conf file
and then running ybin. (man ybin, man yaboot.conf)
