That may well be true, at least it is the guess I would have made. Funny,
though, the drives and controllers are IDE and one would expect drivers for
PCs to be available. Of course they'd be written in PC assembly code most
likely. It may well be that the simplest thing is to use the Apple drivers
and not reinvent the wheel. Sigh.
