The last part of the traceroute output, below, seems
to indicate there's a routing problem getting to the
address you specified. Aside from that, the fact that
you get no output suggests something broken in your
configuration. Have you tried 'traceroute -n'? Reverse
IP lookup and DNS problems are the usual suspects in
my experience.
