The 'dhcpcd' binary is in /sbin. You may want to try enabling DHCP for your
ethernet interface eth0 in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

e.g. edit the above file to look like below (make a backup of your existing
file first!)

DEVICE=eth0
ONBOOT=yes
BOOTPROTO=dhcp

The next time you reboot, your eth0 interface should get its IP address via
DHCP.
