How are you getting internet service without a DNS? Your ISP should
provide a DNS: Either your machine should pick it up automagically if
you configure things with DHCP, or they should tell it to you. In my
case, I have several servers behind a NAT, but I just looked at my
router to see what DNS names it got from the DHCP server, and then
filled those in.
