The tmpwatch update is busted (someone mis-typed the version number in
the previous version which you have on your computer, so yup gets
confused). Download it and install it manually,
rpm -Uvh --oldpackage tmpwatch-2.8.1-1.ppc.rpm
Then re-run yup. My understanding is that freetype might also be busted,
so you might have to do this with freetype as well.
