You don't need to change types and creators, you just have to choose
"physical image" (don't know the exact english term...) in the list of
formats. And don't mount the image !
You know you are right when you see that toast can read the name of the CD
and the file tree. I don't know if toast EOM can do that, but it's worth
trying.
