Subject: Of Mice & Powerbooks--3 button simulation

Does anyone know where I could find out about simulating a 3-button
mouse w/ a 1-button Apple mouse on a Pismo? I imagine it should be
possible to do this by programming it so it takes modifier keys, e.g.
Cmd-Click is Button 3, Shift-Click is Button 2....
