If you do not want to take the time to configure, debug, and compile
each utility on your own, then you might want to check out this
URL: http://www.devdepot.com/darwin/. They offer a CD-ROM with
200 of the "most popular" Unix utilities precompiled for OS X. I
have not checked out the URL or ordered the CD-ROM, so I have no
clue if it will help you out. But your message and their add hit
my mailbox at the same time, so I figured it was meant to be...
