Although now I see linuxconf as a horrible tool with too many flaws to count, I
know many people who could never be where they are today had it not been for
the easy setup of their linux boxes. If you have never used linux or anything
like linux before, and you installed it and all you got was a shell prompt,
you'd be pretty stuck when it came to getting online. So I beg to differ.
Linuxconf *is* essential to the success of any distribution. As for rules, hey,
this is linux.
