Lombard's have the "bronze" keyboard that is semi see-through, or more
accurately semi-opaque (but that just sound confusing). If your
keyboard is bronze or brownish looking, you be owning a lombard (also
refered to by the year, '99)

As far as USB mice, mine works great...

...except for a weird exception where if I wake it up from sleep mode
without the mouse attached, I can't get it to recognize the mouse until
I reboot (which I'm sure theres a way around -- if anyone knows, I
wouldn't mind a word on how to reset the usb drivers in the 2.2.19k OOTB
kernel).

I dig how it runs on my lombard. I highly recommend 128MB memory
though. Running at 64MB was tolerable, but once you got Gnome running,
a few mozilla windows open and Gimp, you're diggin heavy into swap space
and swap space on a laptop harddrive is about as quick as a EB Customer
service rep.
