I've posted an updated version of Postgresql (7.1.2) because it seems to be
required to get PHP to compile properly. These rpm's are created from the
official Postgresql src rpm except for 1 difference: there's no Tcl support.

There's also an updated version of PHP here with Posgresql support:

ftp://ftp.froese.org:21/rpms/ydl-2.0/php/4.0.6/

It's currently missing imap support - I'm looking into fixing it.
