For those of you out there who tend to use NCBI BLAST's standalone toolkit
(hey, if you do, you know who you are ;), and have been jonesing to use it
on your ppc-linux machines, I thought I'd let you know that version 2.2.1
runs beautifully, at least on Yellow Dog 2.0.

You can get the source from ftp://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools/
