you might try changing the /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file, this contains the
config info for x windows. change this bit

Option "XkbModel" "macintosh"
Option "XkbLayout" "name-of-the-danish-keymap"

also have a look at /etc/X11/Xmodmap which u might be able to symlink to
/usr/share/xmodmap/xmodmap.dk (?)
if this file doesnt have the right keys just edit it :)

im not sure why yellowdog defaults to using pc kbd layouts from kde. it
might just be an oversight, if most of the developers are using us
keymaps.
