synchronized time and date

Hello:

I noticed that my YDL server is an hour behind. Apparently, it never
adjusted for daylight savings time.

What can I do do ensure that it adjusts itself and keeps its time
synchronized? I tried using the date and time thing in Linuxconf but it
didn't work. I manually changed the time with date -s but this is something
I don't want to have to think about.
